# Play cubes online, free

Three ways to start a game of cubes in your browser. Nothing to install, no account.

## Online room

Make a room and send the link (it looks like `https://playcubes.pages.dev/r/K7QXM`). Friends who open it take a seat automatically. Empty seats can be filled with bots, and anyone else who opens the link watches. Rooms remember the game if someone's connection drops: open the link again and you get your seat back.

## Versus bots

Play alone against bots at three levels, chosen per seat:

- **Ember:** plays fast and fair, and is beatable.
- **Flare:** thinks a move ahead and plays tidily.
- **Nova:** searches thousands of possible futures before it moves.

The bots run on your own device, so games against them also work offline after your first visit.

## Pass and play

Two to four people share one screen and take turns. In Fog games the screen asks you to pass the device between turns so nobody peeks.

## Modes

Plane, Duel, Pure, Fog, Storm, Torus and Teams are played on a flat board. Stack and Orbit are played in 3D. The Advanced settings let you change the board size and shape, the number of players, fog, storm timing, teams and a turn timer.
